The cowboy lawyer also made it a point to introduce himself to the kids in the village as the “Cowboy Lawyer.”

“I grew up among the cattle grazing and my options were limited. Lawyer? What is this? Nobody in this village sends their children to become lawyers,” he said. “But after years of being an ordinary young man, I had the fortune to be picked from the stream of hopeless and unfortunate children to become a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Ghana. I had to come back to this village to tell the children that I have become a Cowboy Lawyer and that they too can achieve great things in life if only they dare to dream Beyond The Limit! Alhamdulillah.”

The cowboy journalist attended the Asutsuare Junction D/A Basic School and graduated in 2003. He subsequently joined Tema Secondary School and completed his secondary education, earning a district scholarship to Tema Secondary School. He joined the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) to study communication, graduating with a diploma in 2010. He later returned to GIJ and pursued a degree in Communication Studies with Journalism as an option, graduating with first class honors in 2014.
